Nacho Mama's Dip
2 cans beef Chili with beans (15 oz each)
1 teaspoon ground Cumin (if desired)
1/2 cup Beer or Stout

Toppings:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream
Jalepeños
Black Olives - sliced
Nacho Chips

1.Open can of chili, place in a saucepan over medium heat. Add beer and, using a potato masher or the back of a spoon, mash the beans.
2. Add the cumin and continue cooking and stirring until thickened.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and layer the toppings on top in order.
4. Serve with chips.
